Created Cumberland America Development Company (CADCO) in 1994, where he gained national recognition for his development of upscale multifamily and associated mixed-use projects in areas throughout the United States. John Hilz, Partner More than 35 years in the real estate industry with experience in land acquisition, development, brokerage, marketing and management. Since 1989 he worked for a major commercial contractor with sales of $12 million , when he left in 2001 sales were over $150 Million. Prior experience included executive positions with Remington Partners, James M. Brown Co. and Keystone Park Development. |
